Wu JI Jing Gong Qi Gongs
Circle the Knees

Stand with your feet together and bend your knees.  Place your palms on your knees; your body will be in a crouch.  Make sure that your back is at 45 degrees so that you are not putting your upper body weight on your knees.  Rotate your hips and knees ina circle 10 times to the right and 10 to the left.  At each turn, one leg pulls and the other sinks.  The edges of your feet touch the floor creating suction cups under your feet.
