Wu Ji Jing Gong Qi Gongs

Qi (pronounced Chi) Gong can be translated as "Energy Work or Skill".  There are literally thousands of qi gong practices that are intended for maintaining overall health or for improving the functioning of specific body organs.  The qi gongs that we do are for both improving our overall health, and as the building blocks for tai chi.
Although they appear to be simple movements, a person can spend a lifetime to perfect these movements.
