Wu JI Jing Gong Qi Gongs
Strike and Block
Stand with the legs comfortably apart, and the feet parallel to each other.
Bend both knees and hips.
Shift weight to your right leg and turn your trunk to the left.
Your left hand is down at your side and the right hand is about face height facing you.
Start turning your body and shifting your weight.
As you turn your trunk also shift your weight from leg to leg.
Let all the movements start from your feet, legs and hips. Do not move from your shoulders.
As the trunk rotates to the right, the left arm begins to go up and the right to go down. See the video below.
