Wu JI Jing Gong Qi Gongs
Stand with your feet together pointing straight in front of you, and your hands down by your hips and your fingers point to each other.
Bend both knees and hips.
Shift your weight to your right leg to step diagonally forward with your left leg.
As you step, raising your hands diagonally to bring your hands to about mouth level. It is important to sink your elbows or your shoulders will begin to rise and you don't want that.
When your hands come close together and you have shifted forward, start shifting back.
As you shift back, turn your palm to face up and lower you arms to where they started.
