Circle Heaven and Earth
Stand with the legs comfortably apart, and the feet parallel to each other.
Bend both knees and hips.
Start with your weight on your left leg, as you look to the right diagonal.
As you shift weight to the right and turn your trunk to face the left, your arms are circling with the right arm feeling as if throwing a bowling ball. The left fingers go up as the elbow sinks, and then the palm faces down.
Think of swimming and doing the backstroke.
