Wu JI Jing Gong Qi Gongs
The Opening Posture

Stand with your heels together, and the toes pointing to the diagonal, and your hands down by your thighs.
Bend both knees and hips.
Start raising your hands diagonally in line with your feet, and as your hands rise, your elbows sink.  It is important to sink your elbows or your shoulders will begin to rise and you don't want that.
Your arms trace a very large circle in front of you.
When your hands come close together lower your arms straight down the middle of the imaginary circle.  Lower the arms starting with the shoulders, then the elbows, followed by the wrists and hands.
