Wu JI Jing Gong Qi Gongs
Competing Dragons

Star in a horse riding stance with the hands extended and palms facing out.  Shifting your weight and turning to the left, your left palm rotates upward and the right rotates downward.  The arms stay extended in front of you turning in opposite directions.

The Chines name for this move is Ssun Su Jing, loosely meaning Spiraling Energy.  Your aim is to twist the entire body as you would when wringing a wet towel.  To make this qigong work, your back leg needs to sink into the floor as the front leg pulls you.
